My friend Kathleen owns Pacific Midwifery and Pacific Menopause, so it was no surprise to me when she sent me this photo of a license plate she’d snapped.

PMS 24/7.  Wow.

I bet the driver of this car doesn’t have too many people cutting her off in traffic.
